Privacy

Droid Cabinet supports local-only use and optional private Firebase account synchronization.

Local collection storage

Without an account, owned and wishlist status, quantities, condition, purchase prices, notes, custom entries, and processed custom photos remain in this browser.

Optional accounts

When you sign in, collection records and custom figure details are synchronized to private Firebase Firestore records associated with your account. Uploaded custom photos are processed and stored only in this browser; they do not sync across devices. Account deletion removes the cloud records; the local browser copy remains until you clear it.

Shared links

A share link contains a read-only encoded list of owned catalog IDs. It excludes purchase prices, personal notes, quantities, condition, custom photos, and account identity. Anyone with the link can see the included catalog items.

Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage. Browser or network privacy controls may limit analytics collection.
